so...givenchy is not givenchy anymore. but i love what ricardo is doing to the name. i mean, he should just have his own thing, but i understand in the business world it makes sense he is the head of this infamous house. kind of like nina ricci and olivier. he is so amazing and what he's done for nina ricci even though i can't remember what ricci was like bfore he came.
it's a little sad when historic fashion houses change their whole look because their identity gets forgotten yadda yadda yadda. but i'm all for ricardo!! and olivier for that matter. i'm probably most sad about tom ford & hedi slimane.
